- Determine which business structure is best for your services

- Determine which state and city is best 

- Get registered with the state

- Get your EIN number

Phase 3 – Team-Building

- See your assigned Business Mentor to develop a team-building strategy

- Determine who you need to be successful

- Get interns from community and partner organizations

- Hire employees and independent contractors

- Develop contracts for your staff

Phase 4 – Legal Protections & Certifications

- See your assigned Business Mentor to consult on which legal protections and certifications are relevant and you are eligible for

Phase 5 – Financial Modeling

- See your assigned Business Mentor to create a plan a clear sales track and lead generation program

- Complete a needs analysis to determine your target audience, the market and what needs you meet.

- Create a service, program or product to sell 

- Develop a plan to replicate and scale up your enterprise 

- Complete a lead generation plan  

- Experimentation and prototyping based on systematic validation and a strategic go-to-market strategy

- Collaborate with your assigned Business Mentor on high-intensive innovation design journeys from strategic objectives to concrete business models options and launch & grow plans

- Complete design sprints of one day to a week with your assigned Business Mentor to solve your business challenge and accelerate your team toward real results
