IMPACT (Immersing Motivated Participants in Academic and Career Training) | 2018

• Designed and led a two-month mentorship and career development program for formerly incarcerated individuals under a state grant.
• Provided leadership training, career readiness workshops, and one-on-one coaching to help participants secure employment or higher education within 30 days.
• Achieved a 100% program completion rate, with all graduates gaining full-time jobs or university enrollment.

Leadership & Trainer Development | 2019

• Developed and led corporate training sessions based on Good to Great, enhancing leadership and staff performance.
• Mentored in-house trainers, designed training curricula, and advised executive leadership on staff development.
